Meet Missy
Missy Fairbank didn’t set out to chase trends or build a brand around herself. She set out to feed people well and to do it in a way that makes them feel cared for.
From the very beginning of her career, food has been Missy’s language. It’s how she connects, how she shows up, and how she leaves an impression long after the plates are cleared. Entirely self-taught and shaped by decades of hands-on experience, she’s spent more than 30 years in hospitality learning not just how to cook, but how to serve, how to read a room, anticipate needs, and make people feel genuinely welcome.
That philosophy is what built the Pendleton Catering Company into one of the most trusted names in the region. Event after event, Missy earned her reputation the long way: consistency, care, and an unshakable commitment to quality. From large-scale convention gatherings to deeply personal celebrations, she’s known for food that looks beautiful, tastes even better, and arrives with calm professionalism behind it.
Skyview Bistro is the most personal expression of Missy’s work yet.
